How to get to The Viking Village - Fjorukrain?
From the Airport:
Hafnarfjördur is the first town 24 miles, 40 km east of Keflavik Airport. Follow road 41 to Reykjavik and after about 30 minutes you will see a big aluminim factory on your left. In less than a minute you will reach a roundabout. Go left at the roundabout and straight through the next roundabout. At the 3rd roundabout make a left. In just a few seconds you will see Viking Village-Fjorukrain on your left. Turn left onto the property. You will see parking except during the Viking Festival when you can park in the area just next to Fjorukrain.
If you are going with the Flybus, Hotel Viking is the first stop and it stops right outside the hotel. The flybus operates daily in connection with all arriving and departing flights.
Reykjavik
If you are in downtown Reykjavík it takes 10 - 15 minutes by bus no. S1 (every 20 minutes) to get to Hafnarfjordur. It is just a few minutes walk from the bus station in Hafnarfjördur to Viking Village/Fjorukrain. If you want to go to Reykjavik from the Viking Village you take bus no. 1 which operates daily every 20 minutes.
